The registration fee for active participants includes the congress organization costs, a copy of the Book of Abstracts, four lunches in the restaurant of the main auditorium of the University of Coimbra and participation in the general social programme of CRYOBIOMOL.

(*) Undergraduate, M.Sc. or Ph.D. Students.

 REDUCED FEES FOR STUDENTS 

If you wish to claim the reduced student fee, please submit a copy of your student identity card or its equivalent and a letter of recommendation by a senior scientist together with your application.

 SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR SLTB AND SFC MEMBERS 

The reduced registration fee for members of the SOCIETY FOR LOW TEMPERATURE BIOLOGY (SLTB) or SOCIETY FOR CRYOBIOLOGY (SFC) is 250 Euro (deadline: June  15th, 2003).

 Please note that no discount will be made in case of late registration (after June 15th, 2003).

 HOW TO REGISTER? 

Registration shall be made by submission of the CRYOBIOMOL Registration Form to the Congress Secretariat. Please complete the registration form fully and legibly, following the instructions concerning payment.

Note that the Registration Form can be downloaded from this page, but it must be sent by normal mail accompanied of the confirmatory of payment.

All participants, including invited speakers and committee members must submit a complete Registration Form.

 PAYMENT 

Payment shall be made in advance in Euros currency. Please send a check or money order made out to

A fixed amount of 10 Euros for bank charges is added to the registration fee. Please do not forget to indicate your name as beneficiary. For portuguese participants, personal checks may also be accepted.


We regret that we CANNOT ACCEPT EUROCHECKS OR ANY CREDIT CARDS

Checks, international money orders or photocopy of the bank transfer shall be forwarded together with the signed CRYOBIOMOL Registration Form.

 RECEIPTS 

Receipts will be sent as soon as payment is received. Presentation of this confirmation at the Registration Desk will be the only action needed to complete registration.

 CANCELLATION 

In case of cancellation before June 15th, 2003, payment will be refunded completely. No refund can be made after this date.
