GENERAL SOCIAL PROGRAMME 

CRYOBIOMOL general social programme, which is free for all participants and REGISTERED accompanying persons, will include a Welcome Party on Sunday, September 14th, a Concert on Monday, September 15th, and a Reception by the Mayor of Coimbra on Tuesday, 16th. Last minute changes will be duly communicated to the participants.

 CONGRESS DINNER 

The Congress Dinner, at the St. Marcos Palace, will be held on Wednesday, September 17th. Following the banquet there will be a Concert dedicated to the traditional music of Coimbra: Fado de Coimbra .

Registration is required  (deadline for registration at the Registration Desk: Monday, Sept 15th, 2003).

 SPECIAL PROGRAMME FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS 

An full-day excursion to Luso-Buçaco-Curia-Mealhada-Figueira da Foz will be held on Tuesday, September 16th. A guided visit to the Town on Monday, September 15th. Optional excursions and local tours for CRYOBIOMOL accompanying persons will be managed by the Official Travel Agency. Further details will be available at the Travel Desk, during the Congress.

Registered accompanying persons will have free entrance in the Congress Dinner, Wednesday, September 17th.

 OTHER EVENTS 

The complete list of events integrating the Social Programme of CRYOBIOMOL will be provided with the documentation to be distributed at the beginning of the Congress.
