CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
- FORMS OF SUBMISSION
Abstracts of the communications to be presented in EUCMOS XXV
may be submitted by several ways:
- Electronic Transfer BY E-MAIL
Please use the EUCMOS XXV e-mail address and send the abstract as
an attachment to the message. Only documents in MS WORD for Windows
and respecting the layout described below can be accepted. Notification
of reception of the abstract by EUCMOS XXV will be sent afterwords.
- Electronic Transfer BY USING THE FORM HERE PROVIDED
Just fill the form provided here and wait for notification of reception.
Please note that using this method of submission no figures or tables
can be included in the abstract.
- Camera-ready Print Out
Please mail two printed copies of the abstract (laser printer
quality is absolutely required) to the EUCMOS XXV Congress Office.
Only manuscripts respecting the layout described below can be accepted.
Notification of reception of the abstract will be given just when the abstract
indicates the e-mail address of the corresponding author.
- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must arrive not later than MARCH 31th, 2000
to the Congress Office, either by normal mail or electronic transfer. Please
note that an accepted paper will be included in the final programme of
EUCMOS XXV only if an author has formally registered and paid his registration
fee.
- REQUIRED LAYOUT OF THE ABSTRACTS
Abstracts shall be ONE PAGE long, single spaced, and fit into
a 160x240 mm portrait oriented rectangle. ARIAL fonts shall be used through
the whole text of the abstract, including the title and authors section.
The name of the author who will present the paper at the congress shall
be underlined. The following layout must be strictly respected:
- REVIEWING AND PUBLISHING OF ABSTRACTS
All abstracts will undergo a review by subject experts, who
also determine the type of presentation (oral or as poster). Abstracts
of all lectures and posters will be published in the BOOK OF ABSTRACTS,
which will be available at the registration desk.
