REGISTRATION shall be made together with payment of registration fee. For payments by bank transfer, a copy of the bank document confirming the payment shall be sent. For payments via Credit Card, the corresponding section in the Registration form shall be filled and signed. The registration will be active after the debit to your credit card has been made.

Students must identify themselves with the student ID. Anyone enrolled in a full-time program of study at undergraduate or Doctoral levels is eligible for the student rate. The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant's supervisor confirming this status.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR SPQ MEMBERS: A reduced Registration fee (450 €) applies for members of the Portuguese
Chemical Society (SPQ) (deadline: May 31th, 2018). Please note that no discount will be made in case of late registration (after May 31th, 2018).
excursion
The excursion (Thursday 23th August 2018) is free for all registered participants and accompanying persons. It will include a visit to the Underground Museum and Aliança Caves, where a welcome reception will be offered.
conference dinner
Registration for Conference Dinner (Thursday 23th August 2018) is 50 € for a regular participant, student or accompanying person. The dinner will be held at the touristic complex Quinta dos 3 Pinheiros, which is located in the wine region of Bairrada. Following the tradition, musical events will take place during and after the dinner.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be placed in the congress bag. Special requirements may be asked on site at the Congress Desk
Official invitation
An official letter of invitation to attend the EUCMOS 2018 will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by EUCMOS.
Cancellation POLICY
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 31th July 2018. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
